Role Summary

The Shop Assistant will support daily retail operations by assisting customers, promoting products, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to sales growth. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, support inventory activities, and ensure customers enjoy a positive and professional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommend suitable items to customers
• Support daily sales activities and contribute to achieving store targets
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Build positive customer relationships that encourage repeat business

Educational Requirements

• Minimum SHS Certificate or higher qualification

Experience & Skills

• Prior sales experience in fashion retail or a related business is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good customer service orientation and sales ability
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong organisational and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates should ideally be between 20–30 years old
• Must reside in or around Dansoman and nearby areas
• Energetic, reliable, and customer-focused
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
