Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail shop in Accra. The successful candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain operational standards, supervise shop attendants, and support the achievement of sales and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shop operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities
• Ensure products are properly displayed and the shop environment remains clean and organized
• Lead and support shop attendants to maintain high customer service standards
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
• Assist in achieving sales targets and improving overall shop performance

Education and Experience

• HND or Diploma from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in retail or convenience store supervision
• Experience working in a filling station mart is an added advantage
