Job Summary

The Shop Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the convenience shop, ensures excellent customer service, and maintains high standards in product availability, cleanliness, and staff performance. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to drive sales while ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily shop operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Deliver and maintain excellent customer service standards
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and cash handling
• Ensure the shop environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with company standards
• Train, guide, and support shop attendants to improve performance
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Qualifications & Experience

• HND or Diploma from a recognized institution
• 2–3 years of experience in retail or convenience store supervision
• Experience working in a filling station mart is an added advantage
