Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive Smoothie Bar Staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain smooth operations at our smoothie bar. The successful candidate will prepare and serve high-quality beverages, manage front-desk activities, and ensure a welcoming environment for all clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve smoothies, juices, and other beverages according to company standards
• Greet and engage members and customers with professionalism and warmth
• Handle front desk operations, including orders, payments, and inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoothie bar area
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock management
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards
• Support team members in daily operations and multitask as required
• Assist in creating a positive, welcoming environment for members
