Job Summary

Bayview Village is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will lead our digital storytelling, build an engaging online community, and drive brand visibility through innovative content and campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness and audience engagement
  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality, visually appealing content across all social platforms
  • Manage daily social media operations, including scheduling, monitoring, and responding to interactions
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to guide data-driven decisions
  • Plan and promote events, campaigns, and special offers in collaboration with internal teams
  • Stay updated on digital trends and apply best practices to maintain a competitive online presence
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize budgets for maximum impact
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity

Requirements

  • Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation, campaign execution, and results
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual content skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
