Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Solar Marketing & Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing and sales experience, with the ability to simplify technical solar concepts for non-technical audiences. This role requires someone who is knowledgeable about Ghana’s renewable energy landscape and can drive awareness, adoption, and sales of solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote solar products and services.
• Simplify complex solar and renewable energy concepts for diverse audiences.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads, close deals, and expand customer base.
• Engage with stakeholders, including communities, businesses, and partners, to drive adoption of solar solutions.
• Track and report on marketing and sales performance metrics.

Educational Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in energy, technology, infrastructure, or telecommunications/mobile sectors.
• Strong understanding of Ghana’s renewable energy sector.
• Proven ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
