Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Solar Project Manager to oversee the design and implementation of solar PV projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar system design, project management, and technical execution. This role requires proficiency in PV design tools and the ability to lead projects from conception to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute solar PV projects from design through implementation.
• Utilize PV design tools to create efficient and cost-effective solar solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and technical specifications.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and performance analysis.

Educational Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in solar PV system design and project implementation.
• Proficiency in PV design software and project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality projects on time.
