Role Purpose

We are seeking a disciplined and customer-focused Station Supervisor to oversee daily station operations. You will actively ensure efficient service delivery, supervise staff, maintain safety standards, and uphold the company’s operational and customer service expectations.


Key Responsibilities

You will actively:

  • Supervise daily operations of the fuel station to ensure efficiency and smooth service delivery
  • Lead and manage station staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and discipline
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
  • Monitor fuel stock levels, sales activities, and inventory control processes
  • Enforce safety, health, and environmental compliance at all times
  • Maintain accurate sales, cash handling, and reporting procedures
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of station facilities
  • Support implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the oil & gas or retail industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational demands effectively
