We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Stewards to support our kitchen and restaurant operations.

This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, disciplined, and passionate about maintaining cleanliness and supporting smooth food service operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen, dining, and back-of-house areas.
• Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment, and kitchen tools.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when required.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain clean waste management practices.
• Keep all workstations, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down kitchen and service areas.
• Ensure proper handling and care of kitchen equipment and materials.
• Support smooth daily kitchen and restaurant operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• HND or higher qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a stewarding or hospitality support role.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning and support tasks.
• Strong teamwork, discipline, and reliability.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
