Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Stock Controller (Audit Officer) to oversee inventory control processes and ensure accurate stock reconciliation within the warehouse operations. The successful candidate will monitor stock movements, verify physical inventory, and ensure alignment between physical counts and system records.

You will play a critical role in strengthening internal controls, minimizing stock discrepancies, and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with inventory reports

• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly and accurately

• Monitor stock movements and ensure proper documentation of all transactions

• Review and validate warehouse inventory records for accuracy

• Prepare detailed audit and stock variance reports for management

• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and company policies

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations

• Collaborate with warehouse and finance teams to maintain accurate inventory systems

Educational Requirements & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

• Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years’ warehousing experience, preferably within the FMCG industry

• Strong ability to reconcile physical stock counts with report data

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Good organizational and reporting skills
