We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our team in Ho. In this role, you will actively manage inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure the efficient flow of materials to support production activities.


Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Receive incoming goods and verify quantities and quality against delivery documentation.
  • Issue materials and supplies to production and operational units as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records using approved inventory systems or manual logs.
  • Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and easy accessibility of items.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and assist in periodic inventory audits.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage conditions, and handling of all stored items.
  • Support the implementation of inventory control procedures to minimize losses and discrepancies.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient store environment in compliance with company standards.
  • Report stock variances, damages, or shortages promptly to management.

Qualifications & Competencies

You should have:

  • A relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse or inventory management practices.
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage stock efficiently.
  • Integrity, accountability, and reliability in handling company assets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
