Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure an excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will lead the team effectively, maintain operational efficiency, and create a welcoming and organized store environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
  • Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming shopping environment
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock control, and product display standards
  • Ensure proper merchandising and visual presentation of products
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
  • Implement strategies to drive sales and meet business objectives

Requirements

  • Degree or HND in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in retail or store management is an added advantage
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of responsibility, professionalism, and attention to detail
