We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain & ERP Specialist to manage, optimize, and support our enterprise resource planning and supply chain systems, with a strong focus on the Kingdee K3 ERP platform and cross-border operational coordination.

Position Summary

The Supply Chain & ERP Specialist will oversee end-to-end supply chain system operations, ensuring accurate data management, compliance, reporting, and system optimization within the Kingdee K3 ERP environment. The role requires strong technical expertise, bilingual communication skills, and the ability to bridge operations between local teams and headquarters in Beijing.

The successful candidate will actively support cost control, budgeting, supplier management, ERP training, and system troubleshooting to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Systems Management (Kingdee K3)

• Operate and manage the Kingdee K3 ERP system, ensuring accurate configuration and data flow across supply chain, finance, and production modules.
• Apply a strong understanding of the Chinese version of the supply chain ecosystem within Kingdee K3.
• Maintain system integrity and ensure smooth operational performance across all ERP functions.
• Diagnose and resolve system errors and technical issues efficiently.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access within the ERP platform.

Data Analysis & Compliance Oversight

• Perform detailed data analysis within Kingdee K3 to support operational decision-making.
• Monitor compliance with supply chain processes, system standards, and internal control policies.
• Ensure adherence to operational guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with procurement protocols.

Reporting & Bilingual Communication

• Communicate effectively in Mandarin with headquarters in Beijing.
• Prepare clear and accurate operational, financial, and supply chain reports in English.
• Provide regular updates on system performance, procurement activities, and operational issues.
• Liaise between headquarters and local teams to ensure alignment of business objectives.

Cost Control & Financial Monitoring

• Monitor production and supply chain costs through daily reconciliations and weekly settlement processes.
• Prepare monthly financial and operational reports.
• Conduct budget variance analysis and provide actionable insights for management.
• Support cost optimization initiatives across supply chain operations.

Budget Planning & Forecasting

• Develop annual material consumption and procurement budgets based on production plans.
• Support forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align budgets with business goals.

Training & Capacity Building

• Provide localized ERP training for staff on Kingdee K3 systems and supply chain processes.
• Develop user guides and operational training materials.
• Support continuous improvement of internal ERP knowledge and capabilities.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Identify and resolve ERP-related technical issues in a timely manner.
• Perform basic IT support functions including system diagnostics and log analysis.
• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance system stability and performance.

Supply Chain Operations Oversight

• Manage supplier onboarding, account setup, and system integration processes.
• Oversee procurement workflows and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Support import and export logistics processes including customs and shipping coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Ghanaian and international supply chain regulations.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience using Kingdee K3 ERP (Chinese version), particularly in supply chain, finance, or production modules.
• Experience in Chinese-Ghanaian business environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian import/export logistics, customs procedures, and tax regulations.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong expertise in Kingdee K3 ERP systems and supply chain data workflows.
• Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience in ERP system troubleshooting and user support.
• Strong understanding of supply chain compliance and operational controls.
• Ability to train and support local teams on ERP systems.

Language & Communication

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) for communication with headquarters in Beijing.
• Strong business-level English for reporting, documentation, and local communication.
