About the Role

Pinnacle Life Insurance is seeking dynamic, results-oriented, and highly motivated Team Leaders and Corporate Lead Generators to support its continued growth across Ghana. These positions offer an excellent opportunity to contribute to business development, build strategic relationships, and drive client acquisition within a leading insurance organization.

Successful candidates will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating quality leads, expanding corporate partnerships, and achieving growth objectives. Team Leaders will also provide leadership and guidance to sales teams to maximize performance and business results.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Lead Generators

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
  • Generate and qualify leads to support business growth and client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
  • Arrange and participate in meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into successful business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, client interactions, and business development activities.
  • Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets.

Team Leaders

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Monitor performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and results.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members.
  • Implement sales and business development strategies to drive growth.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
  • Track team activities and prepare performance reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and professional standards.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Strong motivation, initiative, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-management abilities.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills (for Team Leader applicants).
  • Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools.
