Key Responsibilities
Corporate Lead Generators
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
- Generate and qualify leads to support business growth and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Arrange and participate in meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, client interactions, and business development activities.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets.
Team Leaders
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Monitor performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and results.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members.
- Implement sales and business development strategies to drive growth.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
- Track team activities and prepare performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- A minimum of three (3) years of sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Strong motivation, initiative, and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-management abilities.
- Effective leadership and team management skills (for Team Leader applicants).
- Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools.
