Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support the company’s growth objectives.
• Promote the company’s insurance products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate customers.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and business opportunities.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product information to clients.
• Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client retention.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
• Prepare periodic marketing reports and maintain accurate client records.
• Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and industry engagements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A good First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in insurance marketing, business development, or a related role within the insurance industry.
• Sound knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent presentation and customer-service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant business tools.
