Position Summary
The Sales Representative will actively promote and sell the company’s products, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, provide excellent customer service, and support the company’s growth objectives in the automotive and power solutions market.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell vehicles and/or generator products to prospective customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities through client engagement, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales in line with company guidelines.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
- Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in sales of cars, generators, or related technical products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets under pressure.
- Basic understanding of automotive or power equipment products will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications will be an added benefit.
