Position Summary
The Accounting Clerk will support daily accounting activities, including financial record keeping, documentation, reconciliation support, and basic reporting tasks. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all financial transactions while supporting the finance team in maintaining strong financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of accounting documents, records, and reports.
- Assist in processing invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
- Perform basic reconciliation of accounts and financial records.
- Support the finance team in maintaining proper filing systems for financial documents.
- Assist in tracking expenses and supporting budget monitoring activities.
- Ensure all financial data is properly organized and stored for audit and reporting purposes.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Assist in responding to internal finance-related queries as required.
- Perform other related accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support roles.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial record keeping.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organizational and record keeping skills
- Integrity and professionalism in handling financial information
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
