As we expand our technical operations, we are seeking three (3) motivated Generator Technicians to join our Accra team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in generator maintenance and gain hands-on technical experience in a supportive environment.

Position Summary

The Generator Technician will support the installation, maintenance, servicing, and basic repair of generators. The role requires a hands-on, safety-conscious individual who is willing to learn and develop technical skills while supporting the delivery of reliable power solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of generators.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure generators are in good working condition.
• Support troubleshooting and basic repair of generator faults under supervision.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Assist senior technicians during complex repair and servicing tasks.
• Maintain proper tools, equipment, and workshop organization.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
• Accurately document maintenance activities and service reports.
• Support customer service teams during on-site technical visits when required.
• Participate in on-the-job training and technical development programs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Basic experience or exposure to generator maintenance or mechanical/electrical systems.
• Technical background in electrical, mechanical, or related fields will be an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and undergo training in generator maintenance and repair.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a technical team.
