Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership and Strategy Execution
- Lead, coach, and manage the Homes Unit sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and market expansion strategies aligned with PetraTrust’s strategic objectives.
- Design and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
- Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline from lead generation through to deal closure.
Business Development and Market Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate, mortgage, and property development sectors.
- Strengthen relationships with property developers, strategic partners, and service providers.
- Lead customer presentations, negotiations, and key account engagements.
- Expand PetraTrust’s market presence through strategic partnerships and targeted initiatives.
Performance Management and Reporting
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze sales KPIs and implement performance improvement strategies.
- Use data insights, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to refine business strategy.
Team Development and Collaboration
- Recruit, train, mentor, and performance-manage sales executives within the Homes Unit.
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and customer-focused sales culture.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
Market Intelligence and Compliance
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously improve CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and workflow processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in real estate sales, property development, mortgages, or related sectors.
- Strong experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute large-scale sales strategies.
- Strong commercial awareness and business development capability.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and performance monitoring ability.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, including pipeline management, reporting, and workflow optimization.
