Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial needs analysis and develop customized financial plans to help clients achieve their financial goals
- Achieve assigned targets through effective planning, organization, and time management
- Build and maintain a strong customer base by promoting innovative financial products and delivering professional advisory services
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly performance reports
- Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth
- Support and guide clients through the financial decision-making process with exceptional product knowledge and customer-focused service
- Regularly review clients’ portfolios and accounts to assess changes in financial goals, market conditions, or personal circumstances that may require plan adjustments
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities
- Perform other duties related to the role as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years post-national service work experience in sales, preferably within the retail sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills
