Job Summary

The Junior Financial Advisor will provide professional financial solutions to existing and prospective clients based on their unique financial needs. The successful candidate will partner with customers to help them achieve their financial goals by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services while delivering tailored financial advisory solutions for both present and future needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial needs analysis and develop customized financial plans to help clients achieve their financial goals
  • Achieve assigned targets through effective planning, organization, and time management
  • Build and maintain a strong customer base by promoting innovative financial products and delivering professional advisory services
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly performance reports
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth
  • Support and guide clients through the financial decision-making process with exceptional product knowledge and customer-focused service
  • Regularly review clients’ portfolios and accounts to assess changes in financial goals, market conditions, or personal circumstances that may require plan adjustments
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities
  • Perform other duties related to the role as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years post-national service work experience in sales, preferably within the retail sector
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills
