Job Overview

As a Tele Sales Executive Intern, you will actively engage prospective clients, promote company services, and support revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into potential clients
- Maintain and update customer and lead databases
- Follow up on leads and build strong client relationships
- Assist in achieving sales targets and performance goals
- Prepare and present basic sales reports and updates
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve outreach strategies
- Deliver excellent customer service during all client interactions
Requirements
- Demonstrate intelligence, proactiveness, and a strong work ethic
- Show the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a target-driven environment
- Exhibit strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have access to a laptop and a smartphone
- Hold a minimum of SHS certificate, HND, Degree, or higher qualification
