Job Summary
Greenwich Gold Industries is seeking a courteous, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Teller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling routine financial transactions, responding to account inquiries, and building strong relationships with customers in a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and create a positive, welcoming experience.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and company products/services.
Process daily financial transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, and cheque handling accurately and efficiently.
Verify transaction details, balances, and customer identification to ensure compliance with company policies.
Balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies at the end of each business day.
Promote company services and assist in building long-term customer relationships.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.
Adhere strictly to internal controls, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of professionalism
Prior experience in a teller, cashier, or customer service role will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Applicant must reside in or around Tema environs.
