Position Summary

We are seeking four (4) skilled and safety-conscious Track Drivers to support railway operations in Tema. The successful candidates will operate track vehicles, ensure safe transport of goods and materials, and coordinate closely with control teams to maintain efficient railway operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate track vehicles safely for the transport of loads and luggage along railway lines
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned track vehicles before and after operations
• Coordinate movement activities with control teams and train operators
• Maintain accurate trip logs and operational records
• Report mechanical defects, safety concerns, and operational issues promptly
• Ensure strict compliance with railway operational procedures and safety standards
• Support smooth and timely execution of rail transport activities

Qualification and Experience

• Valid Ghanaian Driver’s License (Class E, F, or equivalent)
• Minimum of three (3) years’ driving experience in heavy-duty vehicles or railway-related environments
• Basic understanding of railway operations and safety procedures
• Good mechanical awareness and ability to identify vehicle or equipment faults
