We are seeking a skilled, safety-conscious, and dependable Trailer Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of goods to support ongoing infrastructure projects.

Position Summary

As a Trailer Truck Driver, you will operate heavy-duty trailer trucks to transport goods and materials safely across assigned routes. You will ensure proper handling of cargo, maintain vehicle condition, and comply with all road safety regulations and company procedures while supporting smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate trailer trucks safely and efficiently in compliance with road traffic regulations and company policies.
• Transport goods securely to designated locations while ensuring proper loading, handling, and delivery standards.
• Maintain accurate delivery and trip records.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness.
• Report mechanical issues, delays, or safety concerns promptly to the operations team.
• Communicate effectively with logistics personnel, clients, and management regarding schedules, delays, and route challenges.
• Follow all safety protocols, including defensive and preventive driving practices.
• Ensure cleanliness and basic maintenance of assigned vehicles.
• Support efficient logistics operations through timely and reliable deliveries.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum of 4–5 years of proven experience operating trailer trucks (mandatory).
• Must reside in Accra or surrounding areas, or be willing to relocate.
• Valid Ghanaian Driver’s License (Class F) for heavy-duty vehicles is required.
• Strong understanding of road safety regulations and long-haul transport operations.

Qualification & Experience

• Proven track record of safe driving with no major accidents in the last three years.
• Experience handling long-distance deliveries and tight schedules.
• Ability to manage long hours on the road while maintaining safety and performance.
• Strong communication and basic record-keeping skills.
• High level of discipline, honesty, reliability, and professionalism.
