PRODUCTION ASSISTANT (FULL-TIME)

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn Production Assistant to join our team. This role is designed for an early-career professional who is passionate about media production and ready to grow into a future producer through practical experience and structured mentorship.

Position Summary

As a Production Assistant, you will support daily production activities across television, digital content, and children’s programming. You will assist with coordination, administration, and on-set operations while gaining exposure to all aspects of production workflows. You will receive direct mentorship and be developed toward future producing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support production coordination by preparing schedules, call sheets, and daily production plans.
• Assist with logistics for shoots, including crew coordination, talent arrangements, and vendor support.
• Provide administrative support, including managing emails, organizing files, and maintaining production documentation.
• Assist on set and off set to ensure smooth execution of production activities.
• Support research, scripting, budgeting, and content development tasks as required.
• Help maintain clear communication between production teams and stakeholders.
• Handle general production support tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain organized records of production materials and updates.

Requirements

• Age: 22–25 years preferred.
• Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interest or background in film, television, media production, communications, or related fields.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to adapt to flexible and changing production schedules.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow into a production role.

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of production workflows, cameras, or editing tools.
• Experience or interest in children’s content production is an advantage but not required.
