Role Overview

The Trainee Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects under the guidance of senior project managers. This role provides hands-on exposure to project management processes, site operations, and stakeholder coordination while building strong technical and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Support project managers in monitoring project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Participate in site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in preparing project reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Monitor material usage and support cost tracking and budget control activities.
• Help identify project risks and contribute to implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on all project sites.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Education
