Videographer & Photographer (Full-Time)

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Videographer & Photographer to produce compelling visual content across a variety of projects. You will capture, edit, and deliver high-quality video and photography content that aligns with brand standards and storytelling objectives.

You will play a key role in transforming ideas into engaging visual narratives for events, programmes, documentaries, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for events, programmes, weddings, documentaries, and brand projects
• Capture professional photography content aligned with project goals and visual standards
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and production plans for shoots
• Manage all technical aspects of video recording, including lighting, sound, framing, and composition
• Edit video content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent tools
• Create visual content in line with company and Photo Club guidelines
• Collaborate with creative teams, including marketers, designers, and content strategists
• Support the development and execution of video marketing strategies
• Continuously research and apply new editing technologies and industry best practices
• Maintain consistent communication with the marketing and production teams
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual assets across projects

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in camera operation, photography, and videography techniques
• Advanced skills in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and visual storytelling
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute shoots independently and collaboratively
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Production, Video Production, Photography, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven professional experience in videography and photography
• Strong demo reel/portfolio showcasing previous work is required
• Experience working with professional camera equipment and production tools
• Familiarity with emerging video formats and digital content trends is an advantage
• Ability to work both on-location and in studio environments
• Willingness to travel occasionally for filming assignments

Work Environment

This role involves a mix of office-based work, studio production, and on-location shoots. Occasional travel may be required depending on project needs.
