Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our team. The successful candidate will manage daily tasks efficiently, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth communication across departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.

  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems accurately.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using word processing and spreadsheet tools.

  • Handle data entry tasks and ensure information accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Support internal communication and coordinate with team members to ensure timely task completion.

  • Manage virtual meetings, including scheduling and follow-ups.

  • Assist with general office and operational tasks as required.


Educational Qualification

  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.

  • Demonstrated practical experience with word processing software and spreadsheets.


Experience & Competencies

  • Proven experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in common office tools and digital collaboration platforms.

  • Strong sense of professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability.
