Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead business growth initiatives and strengthen our market presence. In this role, you will drive B2B sales, develop strategic marketing campaigns, and build long-term relationships with corporate clients across logistics, mining, and agriculture sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales across logistics, mining, and agriculture industries
  • Develop and execute effective growth and market expansion strategies
  • Lead marketing campaigns to strengthen brand positioning and visibility
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, including lead generation, conversion, and reporting
  • Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships and corporate relationships
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales
