Job Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead business growth initiatives and strengthen our market presence. In this role, you will drive B2B sales, develop strategic marketing campaigns, and build long-term relationships with corporate clients across logistics, mining, and agriculture sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales across logistics, mining, and agriculture industries
- Develop and execute effective growth and market expansion strategies
- Lead marketing campaigns to strengthen brand positioning and visibility
- Manage the full sales pipeline, including lead generation, conversion, and reporting
- Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships and corporate relationships
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management
- Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth initiatives
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales
- Proven ability to sell technical or solution-based services
- Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
