Role Purpose

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team. You will actively engage with guests, take orders accurately, and deliver exceptional service that reflects KAYA’s hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

You will actively:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
• Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations when needed
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly during service
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas
• Handle guest requests and resolve minor complaints professionally
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Support teamwork between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, or HND preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual, reliable, and well-presented
• Positive attitude with a strong team spirit
• Willingness to learn and adapt to KAYA’s service standards
• Must reside in East Legon, Madina, or nearby communities
