The Role

As a member of our service team, you are the face of The Courtyard experience. You won’t just take orders; you will guide our guests through a journey of flavors and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curated Service: Provide attentive, personalized service that anticipates guest needs before they arise.

• Menu Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our food menu, premium bottle and signature cocktail offerings to provide expert recommendations.

• Atmosphere Management: Ensure your section remains pristine and contributes to the overall “vibe” of the space.

• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure timing is perfect, even during peak hours.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in a premium casual or fine-dining environment.

• Presence: A polished professional appearance with a warm, engaging personality.

• Agility: Ability to remain calm and efficient in a high-volume, fast paced setting.

• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).

• Mindset: A “brand-first” mentality, you understand that every interaction defines our reputation.
