Position Overview

We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiting Staff to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent table service, ensure guest satisfaction, and contribute to a lively and enjoyable dining experience. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced beach club environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and properly set at all times.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle requests or concerns promptly.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum of a Senior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent.
• Training or certification in hospitality or customer service is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Experience in a restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue is an advantage.
