Job Summary

Shalina Healthcare Ghana seeks a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate actively assists with receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with company standards. Applicants must reside in Accra.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock accurately

• Assist with proper storage, labeling, and organization of warehouse items

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in a timely manner

• Support stock counts and inventory control activities

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety within the warehouse

• Follow standard operating procedures and health & safety guidelines

• Report damaged, expired, or missing items promptly

• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet operational targets

Required Qualifications & Experience

• WASSCE Certificate or equivalent

• 1–2 years’ experience in a warehouse, logistics, or related environment (preferred but not mandatory)

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes

• Ability to follow instructions and work accurately

• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties

• Strong teamwork, reliability, and time-management skills

Location Requirement

• This role is based in Accra

• Applicants must reside in Accra or be readily available to work there
