Role Overview
The Warehouse Officer is responsible for supporting the effective receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products. The role ensures stock accuracy, compliance with safety and quality standards, and smooth coordination with internal teams.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods in line with company procedures
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements promptly
Prepare and dispatch goods in accordance with approved orders and timelines
Ensure proper labeling, storage conditions, and handling of pharmaceutical products
Conduct regular stock counts and support inventory audits
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or expiries
Adhere strictly to health, safety, and quality control standards
Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
HND or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
Ability to follow procedures accurately and work with minimal supervision
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
