Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory control. The successful candidate will manage warehouse staff, maintain stock accuracy, and drive smooth and effective warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and ensure accuracy of inventory records at all times.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including drivers, loaders, and pickers.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all warehouse activities.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular stock checks and address discrepancies promptly.
• Implement and enforce operational and safety standards within the warehouse.
• Support logistics and distribution processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Hold an SHS, Diploma, or HND qualification.
• Possess 1–2 years of proven experience in a similar warehouse or supervisory role.

• Demonstrate strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Exhibit good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Show attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
