Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Zonal Manager to lead and grow retail sales operations within the assigned zone. The successful candidate will drive sales performance, develop high-performing teams, and strengthen market presence while ensuring excellent customer engagement and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and grow retail sales teams within the assigned zone.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
• Analyze sales performance data and provide regular reports to management.
• Promote a culture of discipline, teamwork, and high performance within the zone.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Minimum of a First Degree in Sales Management, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Diploma in Insurance is required.
• ACII certification is a strong advantage.
• A second degree is an added advantage.

Experience

• At least 7 years of solid experience in retail sales management.
• Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is an advantage.
