Job Summary

The conglomerate seeks a highly experienced and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to the Executive Chairman. The successful candidate will manage high-level administrative responsibilities, ensure seamless day-to-day operations, and serve as a trusted liaison between the Chairman and key internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, high-level administrative and personal support to the Executive Chairman

  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements efficiently

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points

  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism

  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Act as a key point of contact between the Chairman and senior executives, partners, and stakeholders

  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned

  • Ensure the executive office operates smoothly, efficiently, and professionally

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred
