Job Summary
The conglomerate seeks a highly experienced and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to the Executive Chairman. The successful candidate will manage high-level administrative responsibilities, ensure seamless day-to-day operations, and serve as a trusted liaison between the Chairman and key internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive, high-level administrative and personal support to the Executive Chairman
Manage complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements efficiently
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
Act as a key point of contact between the Chairman and senior executives, partners, and stakeholders
Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned
Ensure the executive office operates smoothly, efficiently, and professionally
Educational & Experience Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred
