Job Summary

TG Holdings seeks a dynamic and results-driven Group Sales Director to lead and grow the organization’s sales function across multiple sectors. The successful candidate will actively drive revenue growth, develop strategic sales initiatives, and manage a complex portfolio of clients to strengthen the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple business units

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments

  • Maintain and grow relationships with key corporate clients and strategic partners

  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales initiatives with organizational goals

  • Drive revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

  • MBA or equivalent is an advantage

  • Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in diversified or multi-sector organizations

  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing complex sales portfolios

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
