Job Summary
TG Holdings seeks a dynamic and results-driven Group Sales Director to lead and grow the organization’s sales function across multiple sectors. The successful candidate will actively drive revenue growth, develop strategic sales initiatives, and manage a complex portfolio of clients to strengthen the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple business units
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments
Maintain and grow relationships with key corporate clients and strategic partners
Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets
Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales initiatives with organizational goals
Drive revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Educational & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
MBA or equivalent is an advantage
Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in diversified or multi-sector organizations
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing complex sales portfolios
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
