Job Overview:
R-Jay Building Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in Pantang. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, optimize warehouse processes, and lead a team dedicated to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.

• Develop and enforce warehouse safety, security, and operational procedures.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.

• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• HND or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
