Job Summary
Hollard Insurance seeks a driven and customer-oriented Sales Executive to actively promote insurance products, build strong client relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets. The role focuses on creating a welcoming and engaging experience for clients while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Sales Development:
Actively identify and engage prospective clients to promote and sell insurance products and services. - Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and long-term loyalty. - Product Presentation & Advisory:
Explain insurance products clearly and guide clients in selecting suitable coverage options. - Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
Prospect for new clients, follow up on leads, and convert opportunities into sales. - Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance reports. - Market Intelligence:
Gather feedback and monitor market trends to support improved sales strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- SHS, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Age: 20 years or older
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
