Job Overview:
R-Jay Building Solutions is looking for a friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented Customer Care Representative to engage with our customers and ensure their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact, providing excellent service while representing the company’s values.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally and promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service tools.
