Role Overview
INI seeks a proactive and experienced Human Resource & Administration Manager to lead and strengthen our people and administrative functions. You will design, implement, and manage robust HR systems, policies, and governance frameworks that align with organizational goals and support our growth strategy.
You will play a critical leadership role in shaping workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with INI’s mission and growth objectives
- Design and manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development systems
- Establish and enforce HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Provide guidance to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations
- Ensure full compliance with Ghanaian labour laws and HR best practices
Administration & Operations
- Oversee administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective daily operations
- Develop and implement systems that improve organizational efficiency and accountability
- Manage office operations, facilities, and vendor relationships
- Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and internal controls
Leadership & Culture
- Foster a professional, inclusive, and high-performance work environment
- Promote organizational values, ethics, and a culture of integrity
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR and administration team
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- 7–10 years of relevant HR and administration experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour law and HR best practices
- Proven experience building HR systems, policies, and governance frameworks
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- High integrity, discretion, and professionalism
