Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Class 3 Teacher to create a welcoming, structured, and stimulating classroom environment. The successful candidate will actively deliver lessons, support pupil development, and contribute to a positive school culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lesson notes aligned with the curriculum
- Teach Class 3 pupils using learner-centered methods
- Assess pupils’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a disciplined, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment
- Prepare teaching materials and learning activities that support child development
- Track and report pupils’ performance regularly
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to improve learning outcomes
- Support pupils’ social, emotional, and cognitive development
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education
- 1–2 years of relevant teaching or administrative experience
- Must reside in or around Kasoa
- Strong passion for child development and early learning
- Ability to prepare lesson notes and assess pupils effectively
- Good classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to creating a positive and engaging learning environment
