Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Officer to support management and ensure the efficient running of office operations. You will play a key role in coordinating administrative functions, maintaining records, and facilitating effective internal communication across teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to management
  • Manage office correspondence, emails, and official documentation in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and prepare accurate meeting minutes
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper record management
  • Monitor and manage office supplies to support smooth daily operations
  • Support internal coordination of activities, communications, and workflow processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Secretaryship & Management Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or similar support role
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability
