Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Special Assistant to provide comprehensive executive and operational support. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient coordination, communication, and execution of strategic initiatives. This position requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
  • Support project management initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare executive summaries.
  • Assist in implementing organizational processes and operational improvements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of working experience in a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrated creativity and flexibility in problem-solving.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and troubleshoot new tools and systems quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
