Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Grader Operator to join our operations team. You will operate grading equipment safely and efficiently, contributing to the smooth functioning of our mining and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate grader machinery to maintain roads, mining sites, and construction areas.

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Follow all safety procedures and adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with site supervisors to meet operational targets and deadlines.

• Report any operational issues or hazards promptly to the relevant personnel.

Qualifications & Experience

• Basic Education Certificate / Middle School Leaving Certificate or equivalent.

• At least 4 years of working experience in the construction or mining industry.

• Valid grader operating license/certification.

• Strong attention to safety and operational efficiency.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
