Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Service Quality Manager to ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain high-quality standards across all customer interactions. You will lead initiatives to improve service processes, monitor performance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor service quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Lead and manage cross-functional coordination between customer service, sales support, and production teams.

  • Analyze service performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Resolve complex customer service or quality issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Train and mentor team members to uphold service excellence standards.

  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies that enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5–10 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales/Sales Support, or Quality Assurance, preferably within manufacturing.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple initiatives.

  • Results-driven mindset with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
