Administrative Assistant Intern (Full-Time | 3–6 Months)

Position Summary

CFA Society Ghana seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant Intern to provide full-time administrative and operational support to the Society Manager. The intern will contribute to daily office coordination, member engagement activities, event planning, and communications.

This internship offers practical exposure to professional association management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational operations in a hybrid work setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Society Manager.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and member activities.

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

  • Support member communications through email campaigns and digital platforms.

  • Maintain databases, update records, and support CRM management.

  • Coordinate virtual meetings using video conferencing tools.

  • Assist with content creation using tools such as Canva.

  • Manage multiple administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

  • Support general office operations and special projects as assigned.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Undergraduate student or recent graduate in:

    • Business Administration

    • Communications

    • Finance

    • Or a related field

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Canva, MailerLite, or CRM tools is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.


Duration

3–6 months (Full-Time, Hybrid).
