Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Officer to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will manage relationships with clients, support business growth, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting Advans’ financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
Conduct market appraisals and identify opportunities for business growth.
Assist clients in understanding financial products and account management.
Monitor loan portfolios and support risk management initiatives.
Prepare and maintain accurate client records and reports.
Provide feedback on market trends and client requirements to management.
Support financial literacy initiatives for clients where applicable.
Educational & Professional Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma/Higher National Diploma (HND) and/or Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum of 1 year working experience (including National Service).
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practical understanding of micro/small businesses.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to assess client needs and provide practical financial solutions.
