Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Organizational Development Officer to support the design and implementation of initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance. In this role, you will drive people-focused strategies that align workforce capability with business objectives across the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of organizational development strategies and initiatives.

  • Facilitate change management processes and support business transformation initiatives.

  • Conduct organizational assessments and recommend interventions to improve performance and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to design talent development, succession planning, and performance management frameworks.

  • Analyze HR metrics and organizational data to guide decision-making.

  • Develop and deliver training programs that strengthen leadership capability and employee effectiveness.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with TG Holdings’ values and strategic direction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • Professional HR certification (IHRMP Ghana, CIPD, SHRM, SPHR) is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR operations, administration, or generalist roles.

  • Strong knowledge of HR and organizational development principles, including change management frameworks.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
