Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Organizational Development Officer to support the design and implementation of initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance. In this role, you will drive people-focused strategies that align workforce capability with business objectives across the group.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of organizational development strategies and initiatives.
Facilitate change management processes and support business transformation initiatives.
Conduct organizational assessments and recommend interventions to improve performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to design talent development, succession planning, and performance management frameworks.
Analyze HR metrics and organizational data to guide decision-making.
Develop and deliver training programs that strengthen leadership capability and employee effectiveness.
Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with TG Holdings’ values and strategic direction.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Professional HR certification (IHRMP Ghana, CIPD, SHRM, SPHR) is an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR operations, administration, or generalist roles.
Strong knowledge of HR and organizational development principles, including change management frameworks.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
